高校教师教育者实践素养的缺失与改进策略——基于小学教育专业实习指导教师的调查 被引量:17

Absence of Practice Attainment among University-Teacher Educators and Improvement Methods-Based on the Investigation of Internship Tutors for Primary Education Majors

摘要 "实践取向"的教师教育倡导职前教师培养的教育实践课程多向度开发,教育实习的必要性再一次被重申并加强。高校教师教育者作为师范生实习指导教师,其自身的实践素养决定了指导能力与质量。本研究基于对教师教育者参与的实习指导活动的调查研究发现,教师教育者的临床指导活动缺少深度,作为教育实践研究者的责任感缺失、基础教育素养有待提升。建议教师教育者要通过到中小学挂职研修,带领学生扎根日常基础教育实践活动,培养把脉基础教育的能力,提高自身日常教学工作的示范性,以达到提升自身实践素养的目标。 Practice-oriented teacher education advocates a multi-dimensional development of practice courses for teachers prior to their formal occupation, thus further reiterating and strengthening the necessity of internship in educational field. As tutors for internship, the practice competence of university-teacher educators decides the capability and quality of their guidance. This research analyzes the internship guidance given by university- teacher educators and finds that their clinical guidance activities are less than profound, their responsibility as education practice researcher is absent, and their fundamental educational attainment is yet to be improved. It~ s suggest that teacher educators should lead students to engage in fundamental educational practices by taking a temporary position in primary and middle schools and doing research and investigation, thus to cultivate their capacity of capturing fundamental education, optimize their demonstrative roles in routine teaching activities, and improve their own practice attainment.
