国有林场场办企业经济性质的界定研究——以广西国有黄冕林场为例

文章以广西国有黄冕林场场办企业为例,对国有林场场办林业企业的经济性质进行界定。首先论证国有林场出资创办企业中的国有成份属于国有资产,进一步从国有资产产权、企业持国有资产比例、国有企业发展的基本原则、国有企业的职能4个方面,对国有林场场办企业的经济性质进行界定。

This article took Huang Mian forest farm as an example to define the economic nature of state-owned forest farm enterprises. First, it demonstrated the state-owned assets of institution founded enterprise belonged to the state-owned composition, furtherly from the four aspects of property right of state-owned assets, the proportion of state-owned assets, basic principles of state-owned enterprise development and the function of the stateowned enterprises, it defined the economic nature of Huang Mian forest farm.
