摘要
根据河北省围场县林业经济发展的基础和条件、面临的困难和问题及发展林业经济的紧迫性和必要性,提出了围场县发展林业经济指导思想、遵循原则、主要目标和具体措施,以及为实现目标需要加大支持力度、健全管理措施等保障体系建设,探索冀北山地林业经济发展的路径。
According to the foundation and conditions, the difficulties and problems faced and the necessity and urgency of forestry economy development in Weichang County of Hebei Province, this paper put forward the guiding ideology, the principles followed, the main objectives and the specific measures about forestry economy development in Weichang County. In order to achieve the target, it is necessary to strengthen policy support, to improve the management measures and other security systems, to explore the methods to accelerate forestry economy development in north of Hebei Province.
