益肾固精活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病肾虚血瘀型临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Diabetic Nephropathy of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type in Early Stage Treated by Invigorating the Kidney,Preserve Essence and Improving Blood Circulation Method

目的:观察益肾固精活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病肾虚血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。两组均给予缬沙坦治疗,治疗组加用益肾固精活血法治疗,观察治疗前后血清胱抑素C、尿微量白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值、脂代谢、肾功能变化情况。结果:总有效率对照组70.0%、治疗组90.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值、尿微量白蛋白、脂代谢各指标治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后血清Cys C水平两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益肾固精活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病肾虚血瘀型能改善脂代谢,降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能,降低炎症因子,改善炎症状态。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of invigorating the kidney, preserve essence and improving blood circulation method in treatment of diabetic nephropathy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in early stage. Method： 60 cases were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with Valsartan and the treatment group were treated with invigorating the kidney, preserve essence and improving blood circulation method in addition. The clinical effect before and after treatment and its influence on the experimental indexes were observed. Result： The total effective rate was 70.0% in control group and 90.0% in treatment group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05） .The level of urine microalbumin / creatinine, urinary microalbumin, lipid metabolism, serum creatinine in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment, the urinary microalbumin/ creatinine ratio, urinary microalbumin, lipid metabolism and serum creatinine of the treatment group decreased significantly, compared with that before treatment and that of the control group, the difference was all statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ） . The serum cystatin C level decreased significantly in the treatment group, compared with that in the control group （P〈0.01） . Conclusion： The invigorating the kidney, preserve essence and improving blood circulation method could significantly improve the lipid metabolism of early diabetic nephropathy patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, effectively reduce urinary protein, improve renal function, reduce inflammatory factors, improve the state of inflammation and the curative effect is positive.
