氯雷他定配合马缨丹治疗急性湿疹疗效观察

目的:观察氯雷他定配合马缨丹治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组均用氯雷他定口服,治疗组加用新鲜马缨丹枝叶煎水外洗,对照组加用糠酸莫米松软膏外涂。结果:治疗15天后,总有效率治疗组80.0%、对照组87.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.826,P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为0.0%、10.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.21,P<0.05)。结论:氯雷他定配合马缨丹治疗急性湿疹效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of loratadine combined with the fresh Lantana lotion for treating acute eczema.Method:80 patients who meet the standard were randomly divided into treatment group(in 40 cases) and control group(in 40 cases).The treatment group wash diseased skin with Lantana lotion,1 times a day,treatment for 2 weeks.The control group apply diseased skin with Mometasone furoate ointment,1 times a day,treatment for 2 weeks.Observe curative effect、prognosis and toxic and side effects between two groups on time,and make comparison.Result:After 15 days of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group(80%) was close to that of the control group(87.5%),The difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.826,P>O.05).The rate of toxic and side effects were 0.0% and 10.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.21,P<O.05).Conclusion:It is an effective treatment of treating acute eczema with the fresh Lantana lotion.
