两步法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效分析

目的:观察两步法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:359例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组180例用两步法(急性期适当卧床休息、药物配合电针,缓解期配合麦肯基力学疗法)治疗,对照组179例适当卧床休息、药物配合电针一步法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组95.0%、对照组62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两步法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病比一步法效果较好。

Objective ： to observe the curative effect of two-step method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method： 359 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 180 cases in the treatment group were treated with the two-step method （ appropriate bed rest, medicine and electric acupuncture in acute stage and McKenzie＇mechanics therapy in remission stage ） while 179 cases in the control group were treated with one-step method （appropriate bed rest, medicine and electric acupuncture. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% while that of the control group was 62.5%. Conclusion： Two-step method is beteer than one-step method in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
