中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭合并肺部感染临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均用西医基础治疗,观察组加用通腑泻热法治疗。结果:观察组胃肠症状改善优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组PCT、TNF-α、IL-6、NT-pro-BNP、氧合指数、肺炎损伤评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),改善程度观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭合并肺部感染能改善胃肠功能、抑制炎症因子释放、减轻肺损伤,改善心力衰竭。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treating chronic heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection. Method： 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection were divided into treatment group （ n =30 ） and control group （ n =30 ） according to random number table. Both groups were given routine western medicine and the treatment group were given purging fu-organs to eliminate heat method in addition. Result： The bowel sound, stool frequency, total stool weight of treatment group was superior to that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . PCT, TNF-α, IL-6, NT-pro-BNP, PaO2/FiO2 and CIPS of the two groups were all improved after the treatment compared with that before treatment （P〈0.05） . The improvement degree of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine could improve gastrointestinal function, inhibit inflammatory cytokines, reduce lung injury and improve heart failure.
