中西医结合治疗糖尿病早期肾病疗效分析

目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病早期肾病的临床效果。方法:62例随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,两组均控制饮食及降压降脂、并用达美康和二甲双胍治疗,观察组加用滋阴消渴汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后Hb A1c、PFG、PG尿β2-M G、Uprot和UAER指标观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病早期肾病效果优于单用西药治疗。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Method： 62 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group （ n=31 ） .Both groups were treated with controlling diet, antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy, Dhambe and metformin and the observationgroup were treated with Ziyin Xiaoke Decoction in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the observed group was 90.32%, significantly higher than that of the control group （ 61.29% ） （P〈0.05） . After the treatment, the level of HbAlc, PFG, PG, beta 2-m G in the urine, Uprot and UAER of the observation group were significantly superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The clinical effect of t combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy was superior to single use of western medicine.
