负压封闭引流术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦28例

目的:观察负压封闭引流术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的疗效。方法:28例切开排脓并切除坏死组织,应用负压封闭引流材料覆盖创面,持续负压吸引,维持负压0.05Mpa,5天后除去负压封闭引流材料,观察创面肉芽填充好,继续创面碘伏换药至愈合。结果:创面愈合时间14~22天,平均17.8天。随访6个月,创面愈合满意。结论:负压封闭引流术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦能促进创面肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间。

Objective ： To study the effect of vacuum sealing drainage on sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus. Method ： 28 cases of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus patients were treated with incision and drainage and removal of necrotic tissue, application of vacuum sealing drainage material to cover the wound, continuous negative pressure suction, maintain the negative pressure in the 0.05Mpa.Five days after removing the vacuum sealing drainage materials, the patients were observed the wound granulation and fill, continue to dressing with iodophor wound healing. Result： The wound healing time was 14 - 22d, 17.8d in average. It＇ s satisfactory of wound healing with 6 months follow-up. Conclusion ： The application of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of sacroeoceygeal pilonidal sinus could promote the growth of granulation tissue, alleviate the suffering of patients and shorten the time of wound healing.
