城市治理研究综述及其引申

A Review of Urban Governance Research and Its Implications

基于城市化发展的背景,对2013年以来全球发达国家和发展中国家以及我国在城市发展中的突出问题及其治理进行了综述。在此基础上,对我国城市治理未来研究的前沿问题进行了展望,提出了应进一步提升行政治理效率、推进基本公共服务均等化、加强公众参与城市治理的顶层设计、完善城市治理各领域的法律体系、继续推进城市财政制度向可持续财政方向转型等五方面的建议。

Based on the background of urbanization development, this paper reviewed outstanding urban problems and its managementfrom the developed countries and developing countries around the world since 2013. Then discussed some frontier issues of urban governance in China, and proposed advice in five aspects： further enhancing the administrative efficiency, promoting the equalization of basic public services, improving public participation in urban governance of top-level design,perfecting the legal system of urban governance, continuing to promote the city financial system towards a sustainable fiscal restructuring and so on.
