摘要 针对目前再生水评价中的片面性、权重计算的不合理性及指标相邻等级的模糊性3个问题,引入更加全面的"压力-条件-影响"评价指标体系,运用熵值法与超标倍数法相结合的组合赋权法确定各指标的权重,将集对分析方法(SPA)与区间三角模糊数(ITFN)加以耦合,建立多元SPA-ITFN再生水评估模型。通过某市的4个县区对该模型的合理性进行验证,结果表明:4个县区的再生水综合发展能力评估值由大到小分别为Q县、F县、Z县、M县,验证结果显示评价结果与实际相符,该模型可为再生水综合发展能力做出合理的评价。 Aiming at the three aspects of the one-sidedness of the current reclaimed water evaluation, the ambiguity of the adjacent index level and the irrationality of the weight calculation, this paper introduces a more comprehensive "pressure-condition-influence" evaluation index system. The weight of each index in the model is determined by the combined weighting method combined with the entropy method and the excessive multiple factor method. The set pair analysis method (SPA) is coupled with the interval triangular fuzzy number (ITFN). A diversified SPA4TFN reclaimed water assessment model is established. And the validity of the model is verified by an example. The results show that the assessment result of the comprehensive development capacity of reclaimed water in four counties is Q〉F〉Z〉M and that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual results. The model can make a reasonable evaluation of the comprehensive development ability of reclaimed water.
