摘要
青海省引大济湟调水总干渠隧洞工程全长24.17 km,采用德国维尔特生产直径为5.93 m TBM机和法国生产直径5.75 m的NFM-TBM机施工掘进,因隧洞围岩具有高应力、大断层、大埋深等罕见技术难题,历时11年之久才全面贯通。总结分析了在引大济湟调水总干渠隧洞施工过程中遇到的部分难题、卡机问题、以及采取的脱困技术,提出了一种非常规拆卸方式,即同时拆卸两台TBM掘进机,避免按照顺序的拆卸,可节省50%的时间,极大地减少了拆卸费用,为以后类似高原、高寒地区隧洞施工有效节省投资、节约拆卸时间提供了参考依据。
