摘要
美国社交技能的教育与增进方案(Program for Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills,PEERS)是一项聚焦社交礼仪与规则的干预方案。PEERS包含13门以交友和增进友谊为主题的课程,以小组教学的形式实施干预,同时要求家长学习课程和辅助干预。该方案能够显著提高高功能自闭症青少年的社会交往能力,帮助他们与同伴建立良好的友谊。本研究系统概述了PEERS的课程内容、实施程序和相关实证研究,在此基础上提出了实践与研究的建议。
The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS), an intervention program focusing on social etiquette and rules, includes 14 courses theming making friends and enhancing friendship, with the intervention carried out by means of group teaching and parents asked to learn the courses and offer assistance. The existing research has proved that the program can significantly improve the social skills of adolescents with high functioning autism and help them build friendship with their peers. This study summarizes the courses of PEERS, the implementation procedure and relevant empirical study, and offers suggestions for practice and research.
