摘要
双预机制是问题青少年教育矫正必须遵循的理论取向与实践范型,特指实施系统性、一体化、全方位的预防教育和矫正干预,具体内涵包括相互联系、相辅相成的两个方面,一是预防教育应尽早、有普适性,二是矫正干预要及时、有针对性。在双预机制视角下,问题青少年教育矫正要坚持人性化、科学性、智能性、综合性、特色性、国际性等原则,应采用政治思想道德教育、优秀传统文化熏陶、良好文明习惯形成、法律意识生成、综合干预的大矫正实践等路径实施。
The dual-intervention mechanism, a theoretical framework and a practical pattern followed in the educational correction of problem adolescents, refers to the implementation of systematic, integrated, and all-round preventive education and correctional interventions, with its specific connotations covering two interconnected aspects: early and universal preventive education, and timely and targeted correctional intervention. Based on the dual-intervention mechanism, the educational correction of problem adolescents should follow humanistic, scientific, intelligence-based, comprehensive, distinct, and international principles, and take such practical paths as political, ideological and moral education, traditional culture edification, civilized habits, legal awareness, and comprehensive interventions.
