摘要 设计了基于Zig Bee网络的电阻点焊无线监测系统,重点介绍系统的软、硬件构成、无线网络的拓扑结构以及系统的工作流程。无线监测系统主要由下位机监测模块、Zig Bee无线通信模块以及监测中心三部分构成,无线局域网采用网状拓扑结构。系统通过多参数监测焊接车间每台焊机的焊接过程,充分利用各参数所包含的质量信息,建立能够反映焊接质量的数学评估模型,实现了电阻点焊焊接质量的在线评估,并通过动态电阻特性曲线来表示评估结果。系统运行结果表明,Zig Bee无线网络抗干扰能力强,信号传输稳定,系统整体响应速度快,完全可以达到电阻点焊过程网络化实时监测的目的。 A wireless monitoring system of resistance spot welding is designed based on ZigBee network. The software anti hardware structures and workflow of this system and the topological structure of the wireless network are mainly introduced. The main system frame is mainly composed by lower computer monitoring module,Zigbee wireless communication module and monitoring center. Tbis system monitors the welding process of each welding machine through the multiple parameters,and makes full use of the quality information contained in each parameter to establish a reasonable mathematical model. Finally the on-line evaluation of resistance spot welding quality is realized and the assessment results are indicated by dynamic resistance characteristic eurve. The results of the system operation show that ZigBee wireless network has strong anti-interferenee ability,stabile signal transmission,and fast response speed of the system. It can fully achieve the purposes of network real-time monitoring for resistance spot welding process.
