摘要
针对不锈钢地铁车顶结构中的四种类型MAG焊典型焊接接头进行试验和有限元模拟分析。基于热-力完全耦合理论和热弹塑性有限元方法,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS求解焊接过程中和焊后的温度及应力,模拟研究不锈钢地铁车顶典型焊接接头的温度场、应力场的演化行为以及残余应力的分布规律,并进行相应的焊接试验。结果表明:熔池计算结果与试验结果吻合良好;平板对接形式的应力分布是不锈钢车顶各类典型接头应力分布的本质形式;对于T型接头和卷边接头形式,竖板的应力分布不同。该有限元分析为不锈钢地铁车顶焊接制造提供了参考。
In this paper,four typical types of MAG welding joints of subway roof structure in stainless steel are tested and analyzed by finite element method. Using large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS,based on thermo-mechanical complete coupling theory and thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method,the temperature and stress in the welding process and after welding are solved, the evolution of temperature field and stress field and the distribution law of residual stress of typical welding joint of stainless steel subway roof are simulated and analyzed. At the same time, the corresponding welding test is carried out. The results show that tile calculated results of welding pool are in good agreement with the experimental results. The stress distribution in the form of plate butt is the essential form of the stress distribution of the various types of joints of stainless steel roof. For T-joints and crimp joints,the stress distribution of the risers is different. The results above provide a reference for manufacture of stainless steel subway roof welding process.
