河北产北柴胡挥发油化学成分的GS-MS分析

Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil from Bupleurumchinense in Hebei by GS-MS

本文研究了河北产北柴胡药材中挥发油的化学成分。利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取河北产北柴胡药材中的挥发油,利用GSMS(气象色谱-质谱)法对挥发油的成分进行分析鉴定,并利用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量及其相似度。结果表明,共鉴定出55种化合物,其中含量较高的成分有L-抗坏血酸-2,6-二棕榈酸酯(23.85%)、2,4-癸二烯醛(7.02%)、炔醇(9.55%)、顺,顺-9,12-十八碳二烯-1-醇(5.63%)等。河北产北柴胡中挥发油成分较多,但相对含量不高,为北柴胡的质量控制和进一步开发利用提供依据。

This paper aimed to study the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from Bupleurumchinense cultivated in Hebei Province. The volatile oil was extracted from roots of Bupleurumchinense with steam distillation method, and the chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GS-MS）. The relative content of each component was calcu- lated by area normalization method. The results showed that sixty-eight compounds were identified, the major compounds of volatile oil were 2,6-dihexadecanoate （23.85 % ）, 2,4-Decadienal （7.02 %）, Falcarinol （9.55 % ）, 9,12-Octadecadien- 1 -ol, （Z,Z） （5.63 % ） and etc. There was more components of the volatile oil from Bupleurumchinense cultivated in Hebei Province, but the relative content was not high. It provided the basis for the quality control and the further development and utilization of Bupleurumchinense.
