不同授粉方式对核桃果实生长的影响

Effect of Different Pollination Modes on the Growth of Walnut Fruits

为揭示不同授粉方式对核桃果实生长的影响,以新疆南疆盆地主栽核桃品种‘新新2号’(J.regia‘Xinxin2’)为试材,采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法对不同授粉和授粉隔离方式下核桃果实生长发育进行观测。结果表明,‘新新2号’核桃在自然授粉、人工辅助自花授粉、人工辅助异花授粉和去雄套袋授粉隔离方式下,果实生长发育过程有明显差异,其中人工辅助异花授粉果实单果质量和三径最大,坐果率(34.0%)和果实饱满率(94.3%)最高。自花授粉和孤雌生殖均会增加‘新新2号’核桃果实发育异常的概率。

In order to reveal the effect of different pollination modes on the growth of walnut fruits, this study took J. regia ＂Xinxin2＂ as the test material, and adopted the method of field experiment and indoor analysis. By observing the walnut fruit growing develop- ment under different pollination and pollination isolation, it was found that the growth processes of walnut fruits of J. regia ＇Xinxin2＂ which under natural pollination, artificial cross-pollination, artificial self-pollination and emasculation bagged isolation were quite different. Among them artificial cross-pollination＇s fruit weight and fruit three diameters were the largest, and so it was on fruit setting rate （34.0%） and fruit fullness rate （94.3%）. Both self-pollination and parthenogenesis of J. regia ＂Xinxin2＂ could increase the risk of abnormal fruit development.
