摘要
以新疆圆柏2~3年生木质化枝条为材料,从不同春季扦插时间、不同种源地、不同插穗处理方法上,研究各因素对新疆圆柏扦插育苗的影响,从而探索出适合新疆圆柏扦插繁殖的处理方法。结果表明:不同的扦插时间和种源地会影响扦插生根情况,扦插时间在四月上旬、种源地在天山大峡谷采集的插穗其生根情况较好;插穗处理方法上,用ABT#1的1 000 mg·kg^(-1)的浓度速蘸2 s生根情况较好,其生根率较高,平均生根量最多和平均侧根数较多,最长根长最长;用100 mg·kg^(-1)浓度浸泡1 h以上,插穗的生根情况较好,将天山大峡谷插穗浸泡1.5 h其生根率最高为71.43%,艾维尔沟托里乡的插穗浸泡2.5 h生根率也较高为68.59%。在平均生根量、平均侧根数、最长根长方面都比1 h处理的扦插生根情况好。新疆圆柏以天山大峡谷为种源地,于初春时间采取插穗,进行扦插试验,用ABT#1的1 000 mg·kg^(-1)的浓度速蘸2 s或者用100 mg·kg^(-1)浸泡1.5 h处理插穗的生根情况较好,但1 000 mg·kg^(-1)浓度速蘸2 s的生根率和根长最长,苗子的生根状况最好,更有利于提高扦插的存活率。
The materials were 2-3 years old lignified tissue branches of Sabina vulgaris. The purpose of the study was to investigate the rooting characteristics of Sabina vulgaris from the different planting time of spring, source provenances of cuttings, root promoter rooting cuttings concentration and processing cuttings treatment methods exploring the cuttage rooting condition of Sabina vulgaris. The results showed that different planting time and provenance would affect the rooting condition. The planting time was better in April and the good source of rooting in the Tianshan Grand Canyon.We've got two good treatments on the cutting method. On the one hand, the cuttings were dipped the ABT#1 of 1 000 mg. kg^-l in 2 s. It made the cutting slips become higher rooting rate, average root number and average root number at most, the longest root length. On the other hand, the cuttings were dipped in the ABT#1 of 100 mg .kg^-1 more than 1 h. The canyon cuttings soaked 1.5 h the highest rooting rate was 71.43%, Aiweiergou Tuoli Town cuttings soaked 2.5 h rooting rate was higher than 68.59% in average root number, the longest root cuttings was better than 1 h rooting condi- tion. If we used Sabina vulgaris in Tianshan Grand Canyon for provenance and take cuttings in early spring time to cuttings test, and the cuttings were dipped the ABT#1 of 1 000 mg.kg^-l in 2 s or the ABT#1 of 100 mg.kg^-1 in 1.5 h, we would get a good rooting con- dition. But,when the cuttings were dipped the ABT#1 of 1 000 mg-kg^-1 in 2 s, it has the most average root number, the longest root length and the best rooting condition. This condition was more conducive to improve the survival rate of cuttings.
