网络安全与执法专业是公安院校适应社会发展和公安工作需要开设的新专业,文章以实战为导向,分析了网络安全与执法专业培养目标,阐述了网络安全与执法专业"教、学、练、战"一体化人才培养的实现路径,概括了网络安全与执法专业培养模式,讨论了网络安全与执法专业课程设置,强调了网络安全与执法专业师资队伍建设,探讨了网络安全与执法专业实验、实训条件和图书资料建设,提出了要正确处理好专业建设与学科建设、课程建设的关系、教学与科研的关系、理论教学与实践教学的关系等观点。

Network security and law enforcement is a new major in public security colleges to meet the need of social development and the public security work.Directed by actual combat,this paper analyzes the cultivation target of the major of network security and law enforcement,elaborates the achieving way of talents cultivation integrating teaching,learning,practice and tactics together,summarizes the cultivation pattern of network security and law enforcement,discusses curriculum setting,stresses the construction of teaching staff in this major,discusses the construction of experimental and training conditions and library materials,puts forward several ideas on settling relation among major construction,subject construction and curriculum construction,relation between teaching and research and relation between theoretical teaching and practical teaching.
