The Importance of Strengthening the Subject Construction of International Private Law in View of “One Belt and One Road Initiative”

由于"一带一路"涉及的范围广泛,国家众多,各国间的文化、经济、政治、法律等方面都存在较大差异,这些诸多问题对教育协同发展提出了严峻的挑战,新型人才不仅要求熟知我国的发展现状,更要求了解沿线各国的相关知识,主要为国外语言、文化、法律、贸易规则等。加强国际私法学科建设是防范"一带一路"区域风险的现实需要,国际经贸合作格局重构的必然趋势也对国际私法学科建设提出了新的更高的要求。

＂One Belt and One Road Initiative＂is involved with many countries and the culture,economy,politics and law among them are very different,which make a great challenge to synergetic education development.New talents are demanded both familiar with our country＇s developing situation but knowing relative knowledge of every country along the Belt,which mainly refers to foreign language,culture,law,business regulation and so on.It is actual need to strengthen the subject construction of international private law for preventing regional risks along the Belt and Road.The necessary trend of reconstructing international economy and trade cooperation structure makes higher demands to the subject construction of international private law.
