基于AHP-物元评价模型的交通通行状况评判

The Judgment of Traffic Quality Based on AHP-Matter Element Evaluation Model

该文通过分析评价交通通行状况的各个指标的特点,建立了小区开放对其周边交通通行影响的AHP-物元评价模型,分析了小区开放对周边道路通行的影响;在利用评价模型做出合理预判后,依据对具体3个不同类型小区的研究结果,确定了预判的准确性。实践表明,对于开放前周边道路一天内基本畅通的小区,大规模的小区不具有开放的必要性,小规模的小区不建议开放;对于开放前周边道路在高峰时段拥堵的小区,大规模的小区具有开放的必要性,小规模的小区建议开放。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of several indicators to evaluate the traffic conditions. On this basis,the AHPmatter-element evaluation model of the influence of the open area on its surrounding traffic is established,and the influence of the open area on the surrounding road traffic is analyzed. After making reasonable judgment by using the evaluation model,the accuracy of the pre-judgment is determined according to the research results of three different types of cells. For large-scale residential areas that are basically open during the day before the opening of the surrounding roads,large-scale communities do not open. The need for smallscale community does not recommended open; for the open of the surrounding roads in the peak hours of the district,large-scale community has the necessity to open,small-scale community recommended open.
