摘要
搭建了一套基于旋光效应测量溶液浓度的实验系统,分别采用测量旋光角度和透射光强的方法,在20 cm和10 cm长的样品池中,对不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液和蔗糖溶液做了测量,并将测量结果与WXG-4圆盘旋光仪的测量结果做了对比。实验结果表明,自建实验系统能很好地给出旋光角和透射光强与溶液浓度之间的线性关系,测量结果与WXG-4圆盘旋光仪的测量结果能很好地吻合,可将其作为"用旋光仪测量溶液浓度实验"的补充。
Based on the optical rotation reaction,a set of solution concentration measurement system was set up in the labora tory. By measuring the rotation angle and the transmitted light intensity,different concentrations of glucose and sucrose solutions were measured in the sample cells in 20 cm and 10 cm by measuring the optical rotation angle and transmitted light intensity Compared with the measurement results and WXG-4 disc polarimeter measurement results. The experiment results show that the linear relationship between the rotation angle and the transmitted light intensity with the solution concentration are well established,and the measurement results are in good agreement with the measurement results of WXG-4 disc-polarimeter. It can be used as a supplement to the "Measuring the of solution concentration by an optical polarimeter" program.
