摘要
为了解常用铝合金加筋板结构件在动态载荷下结构的响应特性,分析该类型结构件在振动特别是共振条件下,危险位置的应力应变响应的变化规律及其寿命特性,该文设计了一款加筋板结构件的共振加载及数据采集系统,以便完成上述目标。实验表明,该实验系统整个运行过程较为稳定,可操作性强,能够完成预期的实验目标,同时为结构振动疲劳的进一步研究提供了有力支撑。
In order to understand the structural response characteristics of stiffened plate structure which is often used under dynamic load,the stress and strain response of the type structure under the vibration,especially the resonance condition,and the life characteristics of the stress-strain response are analyzed. This paper designs a stiffened plate structure of resonant loading and data acquisition system to accomplish the above objectives. Experiments show that the whole process of the experimental system is relatively stable,operable,and can be able to complete the expected experimental objectives,while provide a strong support to the structural vibration fatigue on the further study.
