摘要
针对当前军队院校任职教育以提高岗位任职水平为目标的改革方向,分析阐述了模拟器教学训练在院校改革发展中提高岗位任职能力的地位作用。结合当前院校模拟器教学训练管理中存在的统筹协调管理不到位;装备建设保障不科学;教学训练组织不规范;教员队伍建设不配套等主要问题,着眼其建设的长远发展,提出了"统筹兼顾,科学管理,注重效益,以人为本"的原则,以提高模拟器教学训练效益。
Aiming at the reform direction of current military academy to improve the job service level,this paper analyzes the roles of simulator training and training in improving the position of post in the reform and development of colleges and universities. Combined with the current institutions of the simulator and training management in the existing coordination and management is not place; Equipment construction and protection is not scientific; Teaching and training organization are not standardized; Faculty construction is not complete and other major issues. Focusing on the long-term development of its construction,putting forward the＂balanced,scientific management,pay more attention to efficiency,people-oriented＂principle to strengthen the simulator training and training benefits.
