摘要
目的:了解对围术期食管癌患者实施人性化护理模式,对患者心理状态、依从性的影响,为食管癌疾病的临床治疗奠定良好的基础。方法:将笔者所在医院收治的160例食管癌患者,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(人性化护理)各80例,对比两组临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者在心理状态改善、依从性、护理满意度等方面,要明显的优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对于围术期食管癌患者,采取人性化护理,不仅能够改善患者心理状态、提高依从率,还能提高护理满意度,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective：To understand the effect of humanized nursing model on the psychological status and compliance of patients with perioperative esophageal cancer,and to lay a good foundation for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.Method：160 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing） and observation group（human nursing）,with each group 80 cases,compared the two groups of clinical care.Result：In the observation group,the patients were better than the control group in the improvement of mental state,compliance and nursing satisfaction,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the patients with perioperative esophageal cancer,human nursing can not only improve the psychological state,improve the compliance rate,but also improve the nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
