摘要
文章探索了不同氧化剂对污泥脱水性能及水解特性的影响,以污泥比阻(SRF)和污泥抽滤液中SCOD浓度为评价指标,主要研究了Fenton试剂、Cl O_2、Ca(Cl O)_2、Na Cl O、K_2Fe O_4、KMn O_46种氧化剂对污泥脱水性能及水解特性的影响。研究结果表明:与其他氧化剂相比,Fenton试剂的脱水效果更强,其中当Fe^(2+)和H_2O_2投加量分别为0.9 g/L和5.0 g/L时,污泥的脱水效果最佳,此时污泥比阻仅为初始污泥的25%。同类型的氧化剂进行比较发现,Ca(Cl O)_2改善脱水性能的效果优于Cl O_2和Na Cl O,K_2Fe O_4优于KMn O_4,这表明向污泥中投加含有絮凝作用离子的氧化剂将更利于污泥的脱水。同时发现氧化剂的加入十分利于污泥絮体的破解,有机物的释放,如K_2Fe O_4的加入使污泥抽滤液中的SCOD含量提升了50倍之多。
The potential effects of different oxidation agents on sludge dewatering and hydrolysis performance were investi-gated. Specific resistance of filtration(SRF) and SCOD in sludge filtrate were used as evaluation index, and six oxidants in-cluding Fenton reagent, sodium chloride(Cl O2), calcium chloride(Ca(Cl O)2), sodium hypochlorite(Na Cl O), potassium ferrate(K2 Fe O4), potassium permanganate(KMn O4) were researched. The results indicated that Fenton reagent can catalyze dewater-ability of the sludge compared with other oxidation agent, when 0.90 g/L of Fe^(2+)and 5 g/L of H2 O2 were added into the sludge,the specific resistance of the treated sludge had only 25% of that of the original sludge. However, comparison with the same type of oxidation found that the performance of Ca(Cl O)2 to improve sludge dewatering is better than Cl O2 and Na Cl O,K2 Fe O4 is better than KMn O4, this suggest that adding of oxidants containing flocculation effect ion into the sludge was in fa-vor of the dehydration of the sludge. It was also found that other oxidants joined is very conducive to sludge disruption and organic matter releasing, such as the addition of K2 Fe O4 making the SCOD content in sludge filtrate increased more than 50 times.
