HPLC-MS/MS检测土壤中全氟烷基乙醇

Determination of Fluorotelomer Alcohols in Soil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

摘要 文章建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子源-串联三重四级杆质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)测定痕量全氟烷基乙醇(FTOHs)的分析方法。样品采集后,用9∶1(V∶V)乙腈:Na OH水溶液(20 mmol/L)做为萃取液,超声2次,每次30 min。采用多反应离子监测模式(MRM)和电喷雾负离子模式,流动相为甲醇和0.01%氨水,对目标物4∶2 FTOH,6∶2 FTOH,8∶2 FTOH和10∶2 FTOH进行检测。该方法测得的4种目标物的线性关系良好,线性相关系数在0.997~0.999之间,各组分的加标回收率在80.6%~103.9%之间,相对标准偏差在6.22%~9.26%之间。方法具有操作方便、灵敏度较高、回收率高的优点,可有效检测土壤样品中的4种FTOHs。 In this study, an analytical method was developed to determine trace of fluorotelomer alcohols based on high per-formance liquid chromatography-electrospray ion source-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS). After samples were collected, 9∶1(V∶V) acetonitrile: Na OH aqueous solution(20 mmol/L) was used to extract 2 times for 30 min each time with ultrasound. 4∶2 FTOH, 6∶2 FTOH, 8∶2 FTOH and 10∶2 FTOH were determined by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) with negative electrospray ionization when the mobile phase were methanol and 0.01 % ammonia. The linear relationship of four targets were good and the coefficients were between 0.997~0.999. The recoveries of the spiked components were between 80.6%~103.9% with standard deviations ranging from 6.22% to 9.26%. This method has the advantages of convenient operation, high sensitivity, high recovery, which can effectively detect four FTOHs in soil samples.
