摘要
以北大核心期刊目录中的10个建筑科学类重要期刊为数据源,采用文献计量和共词分析方法,对2006!2015年间我国的工业化建筑领域研究内容和热点进行分析,统计分析出我国工业化建筑领域主要的研究机构和学者。结果表明我国工业化建筑领域的研究热点主要集中在产业、行业角度的分析研究;设计、生产、施工的研究;实践应用研究;性能和质量、成本研究;工业化建筑与环境相关研究五大方面。研究机构主要包括高校和企业两大类。对每个热点研究中的高频关键词进行了逐年统计,分析变化趋势及对未来的工业化建筑领域的研究进行预测,工业化建筑成本降低措施、BIM技术在工业化建筑设计、生产全过程的应用等研究将成为今后的热点。
Taking 10 key journals in architecture science which are also included in Peking University core periodical catalogue as data source,this paper analyzes the hotspots of industrialized building research from 2006 to 2015 by applying bibliometrics method and co-word analysis method. The main research institution and researchers are identified. The result shows that there are five research hotspots： industries perspective; technology of design,production and construction; practice and application; study on property,quality and cost; industrialization and environment. Most institutions are from university and company. Keywords with high frequency in each hotspot are counted by year,and the trend of evolutionis is analyzed. Finally,the prediction for the future research of industrialized buildingsuch as the reduction of construction cost,the application of BIM in the design and the production phrase are made.
