国际工程承包企业员工跨文化社会适应影响因素 被引量:3

Influence Factors of Cross-cultural Social Adaptation of Employees in China's International Project Contracting Enterprises

摘要 作为"一带一路"政策支持的优先领域,近年来我国对外工程承包行业得到了快速发展。如何根据工程承包企业的实际特点,选派合适的员工或是对现有员工加以培训以使其更好地胜任驻外工作,对企业今后的发展至关重要。本文从跨文化社会适应的视角,选取我国几家工程承包企业的员工为对象,通过文献研究、访谈研究和实证分析的方法验证了文化智力、感知社会支持等因素对员工跨文化社会适应的影响,并根据这些外部因素的特点对我国对外工程承包企业今后如何有效地应对跨文化管理问题提出了针对性的建议。 As one of the priority areas supported by "OBOR",China's international project contracting industry got rapid development in recent years. How to select suitable employees or how to implement training of the employees to make them better qualified for the work abroad according to the practical characteristics of the project contracting enterprises is crucial to the future development of the enterprises. From the perspective of cross-cultural social adaptation,this paper verifies the factors that affect the cross-cultural social adaptation of employees by the empirical analysis. Based on the characteristics of the factors,the paper puts forward relevant proposals for China's project contracting enterprises on how to more effectively response to the cross-cultural management issues in the future.
