从生态价值角度对现行征地补偿政策的思考

Reflections on Current Land Expropriation Compensation Policy From the Perspective of Ecological Value

首先通过文献阅读分析国内外征地补偿标准,提出对生态补偿的解释;其次,指出了将生态价值纳入征地补偿标准的意义;接着分析了国内外现行土地征收补偿标准的优缺差异和对生态补偿尚未重视的情况;然后明确中国对征地补偿中生态价值的研究成果、相关条例和不足之处;最后,对将生态补偿纳入征地补偿标准提出建议。

Through literature review and analysis of the domestic and foreign land expropriation compensation standard, the explanation of ecological compensation was put forward. The significance of bringing ecological value into land expropriation compensation standard was analyzed. Then the differences between China and foreign compensation standard for current land expropriation, and the status that the ecological compensation had not been noticed were analyzed. After that the research achievements, the related regulations and deficiencies of the ecological value in land expropriation compensation of China was defined. Finally, proposals for bringing ecological compensation into the land expropriation compensation standard in China were put forward.
