多视角下的中国工程咨询企业国际化对策研究

Study on Strategies for Internationalization of Domestic Engineering Consulting Firms Under Multiple Perspectives

以中国工程咨询企业为例,选取了6家典型企业,从工程咨询企业自身、客户企业、专业人才等三个视角,统计分析其业务覆盖范围、专业服务提升方式、专业技术人员队伍构成;指出中国工程咨询企业国际化的现状以及国际化进程中存在的问题;并从上述三个视角提出相应对策,为工程咨询企业在"一带一路"政策指引下进一步深入国际化发展提供有益指导。

Based on cases of typical engineering consulting firms in China, 6 typical companies were selected to statistically analyze the business coverage, professional service skills improvement modes and the personnel composition from the perspectives of engineering consulting firms themselves, client firms and professionals, to illustrate the current status and problems existing in internationalization process of engineering consulting firms in China, after that solutions were presented based on the three perspectives mentioned above, for providing useful references for the further internationalization of engineering consulting firms in China under the guidance of ＂the Belt and Road＂ policy.
