钛冶金中沸腾氯化炉内衬材料损坏机理的研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了钛冶金沸腾氯化炉的结构、炉衬主要成份。采用电子显微镜及能谱对炉衬损坏残砖进行分析,采用动力学、热力学方法研究了炉衬各成份与炉内物料的化学反应过程,认为氯化炉炉衬损坏机理主要是SiO_2与C发生碳热还原反应,导致炉衬内SiO_2不断流失形成流道进而逐步损坏所致,并提出了更加的炉衬材料和炉衬机构选择建议。 The Structure of Fluidized Chlorinator for titanium metallurgy, the main composition of furnace lining is introduced. The damaged residue brick in lining was analyzed by electron microscope and energy spectrum, and the chemical reaction process of lining compositions and materials inside the chlorinator is researched by dynamics and thermodynamics method, it is considered that the lining damage mechanism mainly is carbothermal reduction reaction between SiO2 and C, which lead SiO2 inside the chlorinator losses and forms the flow pass, so more damages are formed. Therefore, more selection recommendations of lining materials and lining agency are proposed.
