The last few years witnessed exceptional advancement of orga- nohalide perovskite photovoltaics owing to their intriguing opto-electronic properties. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the state-of-art lab-scale perovskite solar cells (PSCs) has skyrock- eted from 3.8% to a certified value of 22.1% (aperture area of 0.046 cm^2), approaching the stage where up-scaling to com- mercial dimensions is an imperative. Recently, some promising results have been demonstrated for perovskite device with larger active area of ca. 1 cm^2.
