摘要 目的探讨实时荧光定量聚合酶联反应(FQ-PCR)法检测结核分枝杆菌DNA在可疑结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法应用FQ-PCR法,对50例可疑结核病的石蜡切片进行结核分枝杆菌DNA检测。结果检出35例结核分枝杆菌DNA阳性,阳性率70.0%;结合临床、影像和检验等资料综合分析后,29例明确诊断为结核病,确诊率为58.0%。结论 FQ-PCR能检出石蜡切片部分可疑结核病的结核杆菌DNA,从而确定感染病原体,有助于临床有效诊断。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction( FQ-PCR)for the detection of tubercle bacillus( TB) DNA in the diagnosis of suspected tuberculosis. Method TB DNAs in 50 paraffin sections with suspected tuberculosis were detected by using FQ-PCR. Results 35 cases were detected to be TB DNA positive,with a positive rate of 70%. Combined with clinical,imaging,and laboratory data,29 cases were diagnosed as tuberculosis,with a diagnosis rate of 58%. Conclusion FQ-PCR can be used to partially detect TB DNAs in suspected cases,thereby to determine the infectious pathogens and finalize diagnosis of the disease,which can provide an effective method for clinical examination.
