沙盘游戏干预成人糖尿病抑郁及焦虑状态的效果观察

Efficacy of ‘sand table games' in relieving depression and anxiety in adult patients with diabetes mellitus

目的观察沙盘游戏在成人糖尿病伴抑郁及焦虑状态下的个体化的心理干预调节效果。方法将入选的68例患者随机分为对照及观察两组各34例,两组均以维持其血糖、血脂及血压达标为基础治疗用药并保持平衡;观察组另加用沙盘游戏进行心理学干预,每周一次,连续6周为一个观察周期。观察分析沙盘游戏前后患者SDS和SAS量表评分情况。结果干预后6周,对照组患者的SAS及SDS评分与干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SDS及SAS评分比干预前改善,且优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用沙盘游戏干预和调节成人糖尿病伴抑郁及焦虑患者,可明显降低SDS及SAS的评分。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of‘sand table games＇ as an intervention in relieving depression and anxiety in adult patients of diabetes mellitus. Method 68 patients were first randomly divided into an experimental group（ n = 34）and a control group（ n = 34）. Both groups were next treated for their levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure to maintain at standard balance. Then the experimental group were given psychological intervention by means of‘sand table game＇for a length of six weeks. The SDS and SAS scale scores were analyzed. Findings 6 weeks after intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were not statistically different from those observed before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were better than before intervention. Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion‘Sand table game＇intervention can effectively lower SDS and SAS scores and relieve depression and anxiety in adult patients with diabetes mellitus.
