摘要
本文采用铁和秘的硝酸盐,通过溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃衬底上浸渍提拉制备出了BiFeO_3薄膜,并通过X射线衍射、紫外-可见漫反射分析及光催化降解实验分析研究了BiFeO_3薄膜的晶相结构和相关性能。实验结果表明,热处理温度在500℃和600℃均可产生结晶性好的BiFeO_3薄膜。600℃热处理的BiFeO_3薄膜的降解性能较好,且在相同条件下,随着薄膜厚度的增加,降解性能趋于增强。
The phase structure and related properties of BiFeO_3 thin film are analyzed with the nitrate of Fe and Bi producing BiFeO_3 thin film on glass substrate by sol-gel dip-coating method through X-ray diffraction,UV-Vis DRS and photocatalytic degradation experiment. The experimental results show that heat treatment at500℃ and 600℃ can produce BiFeO_3 thin film of high crystallinity. BiFeO_3 thin film after heat treatment at 500℃ has good biodegradation. Under the same condition,biodegradation tends to increase as the thickness of thin film grows.
