摘要
以我们自己合成的BODIPY酯为研究对象,研究了溶液中有机溶剂的含量、溶液的pH值、光照以及温度四种因素对荧光性质的影响,结果表明:当甲醇和乙腈含量分别为80%和70%时,BODIPY酯荧光强度最强;当pH=11.0时,荧光强度达到最大值;在同一温度下,随着时间的延长,荧光强度基本上没有明显的变化;BODIPY酯具有很好的光稳定性。
The effects of content of organic solvent,solution pH,illumination time and temperature on fluorescence features are observed,taking BODIPY ester as the research object. The experimental results show that when the content of methanol and acetonitrile are 80% and 70%,fluorescence intensity is the strongest;when pH is 11. 0,the fluorescence intensity is the strongest. In the same temperature,there is little change of fluorescence intensity as time goes by. BODIPY ester has good light stability.
