摘要
采用职业自我概念量表,调查高职生职业自我概念水平,进行差异比较,结果表明:⑴大学生职业自我概念总体上处于中等略偏上水平;⑵在职业个性自我和职业人脉自我维度,男生显著高于女生;⑶职业自我概念总量及各个维度对家庭居住地而言,差异均不显著;⑷除职业目标自我差异不显著外,其它方面安徽生源均显著高于江苏生源,安徽高校样本显著高于江苏高校样本;⑸除职业目标自我和职业外形自我差异不显著外,其它方面理科样本显著高于文科样本。结论与建议:高职生职业自我概念存在较大发展空间,对于性别、生源省份、就读院校、文理专业等存在显著性差异,但家庭居住地差异不显著。要对高职院校大学生进行针对性的职业自我概念教育,帮助他们认清职业、了解自己,以催生其职业发展动力。
With the newly revised College Students' Occupation Self-concept Scale,we investigate college students' Occupation Self-concept and contrast differences. The results are as following:( 1) the college students' Occupation Self-concept is slightly above the middle level;( 2) For the scales of Occupation Personality Self and Occupation Connection Self,male students are significantly higher than female students;( 3) the Professional Self-concept aggregate and each scales show little difference among students from different region;( 4) apart from Career Goal Self,Anhui students 'scores are significantly higher than that of the students in Jiangsu,and colleges are the same;( 5) students of science department have higher score than that of liberal art students in every scales except for the dimensions of Career Goal Self and Professional Appearance Self. Conclusions and implications: higher vocational college students' Occupational Self-concept have a huge space for development,and gender,province of origin,attending college,and major are more likely to affect the Professional Self-concept than the place of family residence does. Vocational college students should be targeted for vocational self-concept education. We should help them get a clear understanding of their careers and themselves,and give the birth to the driving force for career development.
