体育场馆公共服务满意度调查分析——以山东省体育中心为例

The Satisfaction Analysis of Stadiums of Public Service:Take a Survey in the Sports Center of Shandong Province as an Example

以山东省体育中心体育场、体育中心足球主题乐园、体育中心篮球主题乐园、体育中心健身长廊的健身者为调查对象,以山东省体育中心公共服务满意情况为研究主题.通过问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等,采用SPSS 22.0对收集整理后的数据通过T检验和单因素方差分析等方法进行筛选、整理及描述性分析.得出如下结论:体育中心健身者以青年男性为主,对山东省体育中心总体公共服务质量比较满意.但仍存在部分项目满意度较低项目.山东省体育中心各场馆的满意度有差异存在,不同锻炼频率的健身者对体育场馆周边配套设施满意度有直接影响,不同性别健身者对健身指导满意度有显著差异,不同年龄健身者对体育场馆周边配套设施满意度有直接影响.

The paper takes ShandongSports Center Stadium,sports center,sports center basketball football theme park,theme park and sports fitness center fitness corridor as the subjects,with the sports center of Shandongprovince public service satisfaction as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey and expert interview,the paper uses SPSS23.0 to collect the data by T test and single factor variance analysis method for screening,sorting and descriptive analysis.Conclusions are drawn as follows：the fitness sports center is dominated by young male;the sports center of Shandongprovince overall public service quality is quite satisfactory.But there are still a part of the project of low satisfaction purpose：there are differences in the satisfaction of various venues of shandongsports center;the fitness of different exercise frequency has a direct effect on the satisfaction of supporting facilities around the stadium;there was a significant difference in fitness guidance satisfaction among different gender gym-men;different age fitness people have a direct impact on the satisfaction of supporting facilities around the stadium.
