摘要
本文重点讲述钣金喷塑涂装挂具在使用过程中造成工件表面涂膜异常的失效点,结合现实工作中因插针式挂具使用不当导致的涂膜脱落、打火、发蓝的质量案例,总结与分析在有效确保工件涂膜外观质量水平的前提下,指出喷塑涂装挂具可靠使用的改进措施及方向。
This paper mainly discussed abnormal coating of workpiece surface caused by failure points during the life time of sheet metal coating painting hanging fixture.Based on conditions like coating fall off,flint,blue case in practical work,which caused by improper use of pin type hanging fixture,we pointed out some improvement measures of plastic spraying coating hanging fixture under the high appearance quality of workpiece coating.
