摘要
2017年3月新疆玛纳斯县某大型种猪场送检一头病死猪,疑似感染猪瘟病毒。采集病猪的心脏、肝脏、淋巴结、肾脏、脾脏和肠道组织,通过病理变化、RT-PCR方法、ELISA方法、动物接种试验和免疫过氧化物酶单层试验等实验室诊断方法进行诊断,证实该病死猪是由于感染猪瘟病毒引起的急性死亡。对于本次试验获得的临床报告经验,以期为猪瘟的诊断与防治工作提供重要的理论依据。
On March 2017, a dead pig was tested in a large pig farm in Xinjiang County of Manasi Province, suspected of being infected with classical swine fever virus. The diseased pig heart,liver, kidney, lymph node, spleen and intestinal tissue, the pathological changes, RT-PCR method,ELISA method, animal inoculation test and immunoperoxidase monolayer assay laboratory diagnosis method, confirmed that the dead pig is death due to acute infection caused by classical swine fever virus. In order to provide an important theoretical basis for the diagnosis and prevention of swine fever, the clinical reports obtained from this experiment are provided.
