摘要 猪蓝耳病是持续威胁全球养猪业最严重疫病之一,经过连续两年大规模的病原学检测比较,表明:辽宁省2015年高致病性猪蓝耳病病毒核酸阳性检出率较高,组织样品检出率高于血清样品;辽东、辽西地区2016年高于2015年;辽南、辽北地区2015年高于2016年。不同地区病毒核酸检测阳性率比较结果:辽东>辽北>辽西>辽南;两年间的猪屠宰场组织样品和血清样品比较结果:猪屠宰场组织样品病毒核酸阳性率远高于血清样品。 Blue-ear disease is one of the most serious epidemic continued threat global pig industry, after two years in a row the etiology of large-scale test comparison, shows that our province in 2015, highly pathogenic blue-ear disease positive for the virus nucleic acid detection rate is higher, tissue samples detection rate is higher than the serum samples. Liaoeast and liaowest regions in 2016 were higher than 2015, Liaosouth and Liaonorth were higher than 2016. The results of the comparison of the positive rate of nucleic acid detection in different regions: liaoeastliaonorthliaowestliaosouth. Comparison of samples and serum samples of pig slaughterhouse in two years,the positive rate of nucleic acid in pig slaughterhouse samples was much higher than that of serum samples.
