摘要
人才和经济是双向影响的两个社会变量,两者相互促进、相互支撑。当今创新驱动经济发展的时代,我国资源型城市的可持续发展面临前所未有的挑战。以资源型城市马鞍山市为例,采用德尔菲法和问卷调查法,探究资源型城市人才驱动经济发展的影响因素,量化分析因素的重要性程度和满意度之间的差距,确定人才驱动经济发展的制约因素,提出人才驱动经济发展的对策。
Talent and economy are two social variables which influence each other, both promote and support each other.In era of innovation driven economic development, sustainable development of resource-based city in China is facing unprecedented challenges. The paper taking resource city Ma'anshan as an example, explores the influencing factors of talent driving economic development in resource-based cities by Delphi method and questionnaire,quantitatively analyze of influencing factors importance and the gap between the degree of satisfaction,and then determines the constraints of talent driven economic development,proposes talent driven economic development
