摘要
某300 MW热电联产机组的供热抽汽在供热首站与热网循环水进行换热,常规设计是采用单级抽汽进行换热,本文探讨了采用两级抽汽进行梯级换热的方案。通过计算分析,采用两级抽汽进行梯级换热可以明显提高换热效率,增加机组出力,降低发电标煤耗,在考虑了初期投资成本增加的情况下,其综合经济收益仍然高于传统单级换热方案。
The heat extraction steam of a 300 MW cogeneration unit should transfer the heat with heating network cycle water. In conventional design, only one Stage Extraction steam will be used for heat transfer, while in this paper two-stages extraction steam heat transfer mode will be designed for the heating network heat exchange system. The analysis results shows that two-stages extraction steam heat transfer mode will increase unit output and reduce the standard coal consumption. In spite of the higher initial investment, its comprehensive economic benefit is still higher than conventional single-stage transfer mode.
