摘要
本文介绍的防风偏柔性控制装置是一种抑制架空输电线路直线塔导线悬垂绝缘子串风偏,避免导致电气间隙不够而引起跳闸事故的控制装置。通过对其构件组成及工作原理的描述,可知该装置具有结构简单、效果显著、成本低廉的特点,是一种切实可行的线路防风偏措施。
This article described a flexible control equipment to restrain offset caused by gale. It is a device used for an overhead transmission line to suppress slant of hanging insulator strings on linear tower, and avoiding discharge accidents caused by insufficient clearance. By describing its member composition and working principle, we can see that the device has a simple structure and low cost, the effect is significant. It's a practical measure to restrain wind offset for transmission line.
