论高校大学生法治思维的培养

Cultivation of Rule of Law Thinking of College Students

党的十八届四中全会提出推进法治社会建设的重大任务,全国上下掀起尊法守法用法学法高潮,大学生作为社会公民和社会主义事业的未来建设者和接班人,具备法治思维成为时代使命和社会需要。针对大学生法治思维培养存在的问题,提出培养大学生法治思维需要"国家、民族、社会、高校、家庭、个人"六位一体协同推进,高校尤其需要构建法治体系,突出教学实践主渠道,打造校园法治文化,形成法律信仰,发挥出主阵地作用。

The goal of constructing a rule of law country made by the CCP committee at its 18 th plenary session made it urgent for us to cultivate the sense of rule of law for college students. Considering the problems existed in the cultivation of rule of law thinking,we proposed that the way to solve those problems is to advance the realization of the goal coordinately in the nation,society,university,family and the individual. The university,as one of the important channels in the construction of rule of law society,should make their efforts to offer college students a campus culture of rule of law and give its full play in the education of rule of law spirit.
