云县白莺山“阿维”茶含义考说

A historical study of the implications of the “Awei Tea” in Baiying Mountain of Yun County

临沧作为云南省茶叶大市,打造茶叶品牌,意义十分重大。云县白莺山古茶资源打造多年,出现了"阿维"茶等一系列具有地方特点、民族特点的品牌。然而,目前无论是茶文化研究者,还是政府主管部门以及当地群众,对"阿维"这一名称的含义却有种种不同的解释。为此,文章通过民族学、历史学、考古学、语言学、地理学等多学科分析,提出"阿维"为我国南亚语系孟高棉语族佤族、布朗族历史上一个杰出人物的名字,即"阿维"首先是人名,然后才演变为山名、地名这一观点。文章从一个侧面进一步阐明了"濮人"先民们发现和栽培茶叶的丰功伟绩。

Lincang is a key tea-producing city and its tea brands are crucial to its development.With efforts for years,Yun County uses its rich tea resources in Baiying Mountain and creates a series of brands like ＂Awei Tea＂ with typical local and ethnic features.At present,the tea researchers,the local government and the local people have different interpretations of the term ＂Awei＂.From the perspectives of ethnology,historiography,archeology,linguistics and geography,this paper concludes that the term ＂Awei＂ belongs to the Mon-Khmer languages,and ＂Awei＂ is a well-known figure in the history of the Wa and the Bulang,which is later used to refer to a place or a mountain.The paper also discusses the contribution of the ancestors of the Pu people to the growing of teas.
