山土瓜化学成分的研究

摘要 山土瓜(Ipomoea hungaiensis Lingelsh.et Borza)根茎用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和反相柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到7个化合物.根据现代波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:3β-friedlinol(1)、lupeol3-(3'R-hydroxy)-octadecanoate(2)、6,7-dihydroxycoumarin(3)、octadecyl caffeate(4)、syringic acid(5)、β-sitosterol-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)和β-谷甾醇(7).其中化合物(2)、(5)为首次从该植物中分离得到. Seven compounds were obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH -20 chromatography and reversed - phase chromatography from the methanol extract of the root of Ipomoea hungaiensis Lingelsh. et Borza in Yunnan. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic analysis combined with their physico - chemical data. These compounds were identified to be 3β- friedtinol (1), lupeol 3 - (3′R -hydroxy) -octadecanoate (2) , 6,7 - dihydroxycoumarin ( 3 ) , octadecyl caffeate ( 4 ) , syringic acid ( 5 ) , β - sitosterol -β - D - glucopyranoside (6) and t7- sitosterol (7). Among them, compounds 2 and 5 were isolated from I. hungaiensis for the first time.
