PD-1检查点抑制剂已在结直肠癌治疗中得到客观的疗效,与之伴随的免疫相关的多种不良反应也逐渐引起大家的重视。其中最常见的瘙痒症、甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺功能亢进等多项靶向药物的不良反应已有明确的研究报道。在强调疗效的同时,严重不良反应对预后是否产生严重影响在免疫治疗中也显得尤为重要。本文就PD-1检查点抑制剂治疗相关的心脏不良反应做一简要综述。

PD-1 checkpoint blocking has been demonstrated objective efficacy in d MMR colorectal tumors, meanwhile more attention has been focused on immune-related adverse event. As hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and pruritus are most frequent compared to standard of care approaches have been reported, it should be emphasized that whether serious adverse reactions could affects the prognosis severely in immune treatment while we maximize the curative effect. This review summarizes the cardiotoxicity associated with PD-1 blocking therapy.
